When building what would become Nordlo, we started with three strong companies: Office IT-Partner, Dicom, and Zetup.

What they had in common? Satisfied customers and solid profitability. A great starting point!

But one company stood out – Zetup.

When something truly exceptional deserves attention

After decades in the IT industry, I thought I’d seen most things. But Zetup’s combination of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability genuinely impressed me.

I picked up the phone and called the founder and CEO, Mats Franzén, and said:

“Hi Mats, I’d like to visit your office with two big ears and a very small mouth. I want to truly understand how you’ve built such a remarkable company.”

Not long after, I arrived at their office in Gothenburg.

Listening, learning, and protecting the winning formula

That day, I met with employees, customers, and the leadership team. And as I traveled home, one thought stuck with me:

It was now our responsibility to ensure that Zetup’s special DNA—their unique way of organizing, collaborating, and creating value—would not be lost in the larger structure we were about to build.

Together with Nordlo’s CEO, Fredrik Almén, we found a solution. We decided to make Zetup a core pillar within its own business unit, allowing the strengths of their model to continue driving value—now as part of Nordlo.

A Winning formula that still holds 👍
