I have shared some episodes from the great transformation journey that we embarked on together with all employees at Bisnode.
A few years into this great transformation, we gathered everyone who worked with our products for a conference in Stockholm, to our new fantastic premises where we gathered all employees under one roof (from initially sitting at fourteen different addresses…)
We had many speakers from our own organisation but also external key note.
I remember the amazing feeling of engagement and passion in the room. I will never forget the comment I received from our senior partner David Worlock from our strategic advisor Outsell, Inc. who attended as one of the external speakers.
David said “what is happening at Bisnode, this is like a new company…”
I proudly replied that “Our people are starting to believe in the potential of what we are creating …”
