I have been working for, and together with professional owners since 1997, both as a CEO and as a Chairman of the Board. This has given me deep insights in the underlying logic for “being an owner”. Since many years I have had a very fruitful cooperation to some of the best P/E companies in the Nordics.

I have deep insight in how an owner think, and even more insight how it is to be a CEO.  I can significantly improve performance and relations by “being the man in the middle”.I find it rewarding and meaningful to serve both owners and management team trying to find the optimal balance and performance.
